Privacy Policy

play99xch.in collects almost nothing. There is no signup on this site, no login, no account and no payment form, so there is no name, phone number or bank detail of yours in our hands. What exists is ordinary web server logging and basic traffic analytics, described below.

What we do not collect

  • Names, email addresses or phone numbers — there is no form to submit them into.
  • Bank details, card numbers, UPI IDs or any payment information.
  • Play99Exch usernames or passwords. We never see them and never want to.
  • Identity documents of any kind.

Everything you type on the Play99Exch panel or send to an agent happens on their systems, not ours. This site is a set of pages you read.

What is collected automatically

Like any website, the server records requests. That includes an IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and device type. This is standard log data used to keep the site running and to see which pages get read. It is not tied to a personal identity by us.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad network. If a traffic analytics tool is in use, it records aggregate figures — page views, rough location at country or state level, device type — and any cookie it sets is for that purpose. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and this site will work normally without them.

Third-party destinations

Buttons here lead to the Play99Exch access desk, and the footer carries our social profile icons. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s service, under their privacy policy, not this one. What you share with a Play99Exch agent — name, mobile number, and later bank details for withdrawals — is held by them. We have no access to any of it.

How long data is kept

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then discarded. Aggregate analytics may be kept longer, since they contain no personal identifiers.

Children

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anybody under that age, and the content is not directed at them.

Your choices

  • Block cookies in your browser. Nothing here breaks.
  • Use a private window if you would rather leave no local trace.
  • Ask us what we hold, or ask for log data associated with your IP to be removed, through the contact page.

For anything held by a Play99Exch agent rather than by us, you will need to ask them directly. We cannot make that request for you or compel them to act on it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.

Privacy on an information site versus on a betting panel

It is worth separating two very different things. This site holds essentially nothing about you, because it has nothing to hold it in — no accounts, no forms, no payments. The Play99Exch panel and the agent who issues your ID are a separate matter entirely. They hold your name, your mobile number, your betting history and, from your first withdrawal onwards, your bank details.

What that means practically

Any privacy question about your Play99Exch account has to go to your agent, because that is where the data lives. Ours is the easy half of the answer: we can tell you we do not have it. Theirs is the half that matters, and asking early — before you deposit rather than after — tells you something useful about the desk you are dealing with.

One habit worth adopting

Share the minimum. A Play99Exch ID needs a name and a mobile number. Withdrawals need bank details. Nothing else is required at any point, and any request beyond that list — an OTP, a PIN, a document photograph, screen sharing — is not part of the process and should end the conversation rather than continue it.
